Technical support service fees

We provide technical support service completely and free of charge during the first year. In subsequent years, technical support service fees are not invoiced, unless the customer has violated the annual warranty agreement and does not renew it.

The engineer evaluates the performance of the systems and implements the required straightforward solutions. It also provides valuable recommendations to users and listens carefully to customer comments and suggestions. Finally, the engineer prepares a detailed report for management summarizing his visit to the customer and the actions taken.
